At MIB Masters, we strive for satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, here’s how refunds work:
Eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. To qualify:
- You must not have accessed more than 20% of course content.
- You must submit a refund request through [contact email] with your name, course title, and reason.
Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds are issued via original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available if:
- You’ve accessed over 20% of the course.
- The request comes after 14 days post-purchase.
- The course was offered at a discounted price under a no-refund promotion.
Cancellations by MIB Masters
If we cancel a course, you’ll receive a full refund or credit toward another course.
